Our hotel is located right in the Borgo dei Pescatori ("Fishermen's Village"), the most picturesque village in the municipality of Ischia. To reach the beach you do not need a thing ... the sea is a few dozen meters away, reachable by a short walk of a few minutes. You will arrive at the Spiaggia della Mandra, where there are several churches and an old prison, now used as a venue for exhibitions and small events. In addition, there are two pinewoods and a picture gallery are in the vicinity.

The whole district concludes at the Aragonese Castle and is called Borgo Storico or Borgo di Celsa. Here you can walk in quaint streets, with ancient churches, stately homes and the small Museo del Mare (“Museum Of The Sea”). You can also take the panoramic road of Sorronzano, which leads to the Road of Cartaromana: from here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the village and the gulf in its entirety.

Finally, the area just above leads to the Tower of Michelangelo, which has recently been renamed to "Tower of Guevara", and the beautiful Bay of Cartaromana, where you can admire Roman ruins and bathing establishments, just a few steps from each other, and here you can often find VIPs who arrive to spend a relaxing day by the sea.
